Prior to working with Natalie, we were with another Brokerage. The agent for that brokerage made for such a horrible experience and we almost stopped the entire process all together. Luckily, I knew Natalie from a previous employer. I reached out to her and she immediately took us on! She set us up with her MLS app so we can look for homes while she actively searched as well. We were quick to go over budget but she kept reminding us to stay within our parameters and I truly appreciate that. To me, that showed that she truly cared for my family (unlike the previous brokerage). The home we ultimately purchased, was a home that she found last minute.
